Description: Summit Search Solutions is conducting a national search for the Vice President of Inclusive Excellence (VPIE) at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine & Health Sciences (SCNM). SCNM seeks an experienced, strategic, and dynamic leader to serve as the college’s first Vice President of Inclusive Excellence. During a time of extraordinary growth, the inaugural VPIE will establish the Office of Inclusive Excellence & Belonging and build upon efforts to cultivate a community in which everyone is respected, included, supported, and valued in alignment with the college’s values-based culture. The college has done a good deal of foundational research, data collection, and planning including working for the last year with an experienced DEI consultant.
