Summit Search Solutions has launched a national search for the next Dean of Libraries with Smith College. Smith seeks a creative, strategic, innovative leader to helm the Libraries' rich learning and research ecosystem, welcoming varied modes of knowledge-making by an increasingly diverse community of users. Reporting directly to Provost Daphne Lamothe, the Dean will cultivate and lead a strong culture of collaboration within the Libraries organization and foster strong partnerships with faculty and departments across campus.
