Laura Peterson’s expertise stems from over 25 years of experience in customer relationship management, process improvement and bridging the gap between IT and the business. Laura supports the Summit recruiting team and leads efforts in client marketing/branding, information systems, process improvement, data tracking, and client reporting. She is heavily involved in the technical processes to achieve data sharing, minimize duplication of efforts and create efficiencies while providing direction and support for technical operations. Laura enjoys streamlining and improving business processes with kindness and respect on behalf of the team with the end goal of success for all. She holds a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification.
In her spare time, you can find Laura enjoying the great outdoors with her family and doing volunteer work. She’s got a secret talent of making the most of every situation in a positive way.
