What are the deliverables?
In all cases, Summit provides a slate of quality candidates that are pre-screened based on the criteria you set forth. In addition, clients are provided with detailed reports containing competitive intelligence that has been gleaned from the marketplace. This report can be used for future sourcing as well.
At Summit, we provide transparency in all our work. At any point in the search, we will provide reports of the work trail (individuals we have contacted and any information we have learned from the marketplace).
Do you use an applicant tracking system?
Yes, we use an applicant tracking system that enables us to be well-organized during the process. The system tracks EEO data and we can create reports for you that contain the specifics you need for reporting purposes.

Summit works with nonprofit organizations throughout the United States. Many of the organizations we work with have international locations as well. We have physical offices in North Carolina, New York, Colorado, and California.
