Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in recruiting in the higher education, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. Stephanie has been with Summit since its inception in 2009. Stephanie is a master at pre-search research – identifying the ideal candidates to search for, and where to find them. Her knowledge of organizational structures and functions is a benefit to every search.
Stephanie fills administrative positions, as well as, academic leadership, student affairs, specialized faculty, information systems, finance, enrollment, financial aid, and more. She strives to have satisfied customers, and continually goes above and beyond to meet their expectations. Stephanie has worked on searches for dozens of colleges and universities including The University of Utah, Idaho State University, and Portland State University as well as for major foundations like the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.
Stephanie began her career in the Silicon Valley where she gained experience and knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate positions. Stephanie has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is based in Sacramento, CA.
During her time off, you can find Stephanie enjoying quality time with family and friends in the San Francisco area. In her free time she enjoys her family, her dogs, interior decorating, cooking, and friends.
